Train for progress not the result….

Train for progress not the result….

Getting in shape in theory is easy but the mental game and the length of time it takes is far greater, the majority of people stop because they don't see the results they expected but what where you expecting…

Social media and magazines are all to blame over quick fixes and shredded in 2 week programs, they make you think you can get the result’s far faster than possible

Everything sell’s the result but why not? that’s the point we want the result but that’s probably why fitness magazines never go out of business, no-one ever really gets the result!

Shift your focus

If you shift your focus from the result’s to celebrating the progress you made you're more likely to stick with your diet or training program or anything else for that matter

You see it all the time people get mad because they haven't lost a stone in the time they set out or haven't added the kilos to the lift why wanted or even started the business they set out for…

It’s the big act’s the create big change right???

Many think it’s big act’s that great big result’s i used to think that too, when really its small ones that make the biggest difference

Small constant progress like adding a kilo to your lift every week or 2 or losing that 0.3% body fat month after month, they may seem like tiny insignificant numbers but added up make a huge difference, what really makes the difference is small sustainable acts done right repeated over and over again…

Learn to enjoy the process and aim for progress not the results…
