Your Morning Routine

How a good morning routine can help you get in shape…

An outside the box way to get in shape so no reps, sets or nutrition stuff in this post but another tool you can use to be more productive…

A good morning routine can help structure your day and make you way more productive which in turn will lower stress levels, feels like you're moving at a more comfortable pace all the good stuff

Rather than get up late have a poor breakfast, your tired your get stuck in traffic everyone knows that morning routine pretty much you see everyone in a car between 8-9am in the morning has had a pretty similar start to the day, you then get to work tired slightly stressed already and you do that day in day out…

How can you be the most productive version of yourself if you start your day as stressed as that

Its a snow ball effect

Leads onto bad decisions throughout the day like poor food choices, means your body will not perform well, makes you tired, your tired so you don't go to the gym, you don't go to the gym so you have a glass of wine and some treats because you have had a tough day, 6 months later you're wondering why your stressed, get no sleep, out of shape and unhappy

You can turn your day round completely in the first hour of the day just by being organised and know what to do…

Saying you're not a morning person is not an excuse, don't be lazy…

Il give you an example, you only need about 6 hours sleep and wake up in the right sleep cycle to get up with energy, plus then start your day the way that will make you the most positive, productive person for that day

You could do anything, meditate, eat well, have a shower, read, it could be anything but these small often looked at as insignificant actions can change your whole day around…

A perfect morning routine to me looks similar to this 6 hours sleep wake up, cold shower, breakfast (good food), meditate, gratitude, listen to a podcast on the way to work, write down list of tasks to complete that day…

You get up you just have to fill in the blanks if you take control of what you do and how you act you can start the day way more productive, you don't have to meditate but simply writing a list of tasks you have to complete that day can make you way more productive

Start your day that will make you the most productive, positive version of yourself
