Good Habits

I just can’t find the motivation…

You guys are not alone, when it comes to lifting weights, training for sports or trying to eat right, sometimes motivation can be the hardest thing to find 

Motivation goes up & comes down and loads of thing’s can effect it, 6 weeks out before your beach holiday to “Ibiza” I bet your motivation is a lot higher than in the middle of December at 6am on a weekday morning…

Except it…

Except that someday’s working out or eating right is just going to suck and you can’t be arsed and know that everyone else goes through this too…

It’s those who know this will happen and still turn up anyway that make the biggest difference 

Why rely on motivation to get you through your workout’s when you know someday’s it’s inevitable that you will not have any motivation?

Rely on good habit’s…

We have all heard that saying “it’s just a habit” and the thing about habit’s is that they are hard to break and habit’s just become those things you just do without really thinking…

If going to the gym is just a habit it doesn't matter if you are motivated or not you will just turn up 

Make habits that get you to your goal

If you can make it “something you just do” then motivation doesn't even come into the equation

The key to any change is consistent effort over time and motivation can’t guarantee that…
