Nutrition has a huge part to play when it comes to gaining muscle 💪

So here is how you set up your nutrition to gain muscle💥

1. Set your calorie intake:

Body Weight (Pounds) X 14-16 = Calorie Intake 

2. Set your protein Target 

Body Weight (KG) X 2 = Protein Target (grams) 

Example:

88Kg male wanting to gain muscle:

194 Pounds (88KG) x 16 = 3104 calories 

88KG X 2 = 176 Grams of protein

Good nutrition is key to gaining muscle, of course god quality has a huge part to play when it comes to training/muscle building but getting your calories and protein target is a good start
